Easy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  1. 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
    3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients; spoon into 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate.
  3. Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
  4. Serve with crackers and assorted cut-up fresh vegetables or crostini.

Makes about 3 cups.
