Miso Tahini Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 C white, sweet miso
  1. 1/4 C tahini
  1. 1/3 C or more warm water

Directions

In a medium bowl whisk together the miso and tahini to form a creamy paste. Slowly pour in warm water, gently whisking a little at a time until a creamy dressing forms. If thinner dressing is desired, dribble in a little more water. The dressing will thicken if allowed to sit a while. Keep refrigerated until ready to use. Enjoy!

Most health food stores carry it. It's usually where the tofu and soy cheeses are.

I'll have to try and figure out where to find miso so I can try this!

I made a dressing like this a couple weeks ago, except it had a couple more things in it like mirin and rice wine vinegar and a little sugar. Anyway, it was so good, I am having again tonight. Over roasted sweet potatoes!
