If you're one of many people invested in the results of M&M's 2019 flavor contest [1], brace yourself: a winner has been named. English Toffee Nut beat the other two contenders, Mexican Jalapeño Peanut and Thai Coconut Peanut, M&M's announced on Wednesday. All three internationally inspired peanut flavors were available at the start of the year, and people have been voting ever since. Allison Miazga-Bedrick, brand director of M&M's, referred to English Toffee Nut as the "overwhelming fan-favorite" in a press release.

This particular flavor is inspired by Great Britain and its buttery English toffee. It features milk chocolate and toffee peanut pieces wrapped in M&M's signature crispy shell, and it's clearly just as addictive as original Peanut M&M's. English Toffee Peanut will officially join the brand's lineup beginning in August, and you can continue to find it at US stores for the next 18 months.
