Food and Wine magazine celebrated the 20th anniversary of their Best New Chefs issue by naming the 2008 best new chefs and inviting 20 former best new chefs, including Daniel Boulud, Tom Colicchio, Todd English, Rick Bayless and Rocco DiSpirito, to prepare tastings at the event.
