New York's Sotohiro Kosugi, a 1997 Best New Chef, prepared a dish he called Hokki Nuta. The dish is a poached surf clam marinated in sweet miso and mustard vinegar with fresh ginger shoots, sesame and yuzu zest all served in halved limes. It was a really unique dish, though it did have a strong lime taste to it.
