But what if they were in the same bowl? As of Wednesday, May 1, The Fresh Market will be selling an Amanti Guacamole Cheese [2] and, yes, it's supposed to be green. Made with a blend of avocados, lime juice, tomato, onion, chili, and garlic, this guacamole cheese has taken all of the flavors of our favorite toast toppings and combined them into one gouda-style snack.

The limited-edition cheese can be found in any of The Fresh Market's stores nationwide [3] and can be purchased as a full wheel or in wedges at $25 per pound. Enjoy it on crackers or melted into a gooey chip dip, or just straight up pop a cube in your mouth!
