We're at the tail end of soft-shell crab season, so if you haven't had the sweet and tender delicacy yet, it's absolutely worth seeking out. Soft shell crabs are incredibly easy to cook with and are one of my favorite foods in the world. This simple preparation includes dredging in whole wheat flour and finished with a lemon garlic basil sauce. Quite the crowd pleaser.
