Giada De Laurentiis shared a snap of an orecchiette recipe that will appear on an upcoming Food Network [2] episode. The Spring pasta looks like it's seasoned with olive oil, parmesan, lemon zest, green peas, and a fresh herb (either mint, parsley, or basil). Giada joked that this is what she had for breakfast while shooting in New York City. While we may have to wait several months for the actual recipe to appear on the Food Network, it seems simple enough to try to re-create at home as a fast and easy dinner.
