If you're dreaming of a weekend spent poolside with a juicy novella in one hand and a thirst-quenching cocktail in another, this gin and orange cocktail is your muse. Although we can't physically relocate you to your dream destination, throwing back a few of these forager's martinis should help. Just make sure you don't skip the St. George Spirits Terroir gin in this drink; its sage-like notes combined with the rosemary garnish make for resoundingly earthy undertones that taste delicious. Gin and Orange Cocktail


  1. 1-1/2 ounces St. George Terroir gin
    1/2 ounce orange liqueur or triple sec
    Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
    1/2 ounce simple syrup
    Fresh rosemary sprig, for garnish (optional)
    Orange slice, for garnish (optional)


  1. Combine gin, orange liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice; shake well and strain into a martini glass.
  2. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and an orange wheel.

Makes 1 cocktail.
