:rotfl: "Bacon Salt low-lights on occasion" I love to make frittatas or quiches, just to keep it simple but egg cups are sound really tasty!

I love egg cups for brunch. Butter a ramekin or two for each guest and then line them each with one thin slice of deli ham. Pop a large egg into each cup, add a touch of half-and-half on top of the yolk, and finish with sprinkles of freshly grated parm an black pepper. (No need for additional salt as the ham and cheese have that covered.) Bake until the yolks are to your liking, and finish with freshly snipped chives. Serve with freshly squeezed OJ, your favorite bread toasted, and fresh fruit yogurt parfaits. :feedme:

I think a frittata with a salad and really good whole grain toast is great brunch. I have also been to porridge parties where the host makes the hot cereal and offers plenty of different kinds of toppings from syrup and fresh fruit to roasted nuts and dried ginger.
