If you're anything like me, your heart and soul are happy every time you eat pasta, and you'd be especially happy to eat heart-shaped pasta. Well, carb club VIP members, we're in luck, because Costco is selling exactly that for Valentine's Day. An artisan pasta company named Nuovo Pasta [1] makes heart-shaped ravioli filled with four Italian cheeses (ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and aged asiago), and Costco has started carrying the adorable creation. Costco Buys on Instagram shared a snap of the ravioli, which comes in two 20-ounce packages for a total of $10.
The combination of regular dough and deep-red dough makes for a festive dinner on V-Day, and you can serve the pasta in a number of ways. Show off the fun color by simply tossing the cooked ravioli with olive oil or butter and parmesan cheese, or take the flavor up a notch with creamy vodka sauce [2] or alfredo [3]. No matter what, it'll be impossible not to feel heart-eyed while eating it.
