Turning food into roses is officially a trend [1], and we're into it. It all started with avocado roses [2], and if you thought those were cool, you're going to obsess over the latest fruit-turned-flower: strawberry roses. When you thinly slice fresh strawberries and carefully arrange them side by side, you can roll them into a shape that looks exactly like a rose (the red color adds a nice touch, too).
