Instant Subscribe Park made this cake to sit on top of the tower. It also gave the bride and groom something to cut into. Park made the cupcakes at her home in Oakland, California the day before the wedding. Then she transported them to a hotel (with a kitchen) in Tahoe. The cakes were placed on thick pieces of cardboard before being wrapped with several layers of plastic wrap. The frosting was died a light purple. Wheatgrass was part of the assembly. The cupcake tower held 60 cupcakes Grace used a large circular tip to frost the Swiss meringue frosting. We set up a frosting assemble line. One person put together the cupcake holders, another placed each cupcake in the holder, and Grace frosted the cupcakes. Organizing the assembly line.
