INGREDIENTS

    • For Lavender Milk
    • 2 cups vanilla cashew milk
    • 1 bunch dried lavender, stems cut short
    • 1 4x4-inch square of cheesecloth
    • 1 2-inch piece of kitchen twine
    • For Turmeric Milk
    • 2 cups chilled vanilla cashew milk
    • 2 tablespoons turmeric powder
    • For Green Tea Milk
    • 2 cups vanilla cashew milk
    • 3 green tea bags

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Place lavender in cheesecloth and wrap up edges, securing with kitchen twine.

    2. Warm cashew milk over medium heat and add the sachet of lavender.

    3. Steep in warm cashew milk for 15 minutes then remove.

    4. Pour into a glass vessel and chill for 30 minutes before serving.

    5. Sprinkle turmeric powder into the cashew milk and whisk to combine.

    6. Pour into a glass vessel and chill for 30-minutes before serving.

    7. Warm cashew milk over medium heat and add the green tea bags.

    8. Steep in warm cashew milk for 15 minutes then remove the bags.

    9. Pour into a glass vessel and allow to chill for 30 minutes before serving.
