- 1 Maine split top-style country kitchen roll
- Melted butter, for brushing
- 1 (1 1/2-pound) cooked lobster or 1/3 pound lobster meat
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Brush the outside of the roll with melted butter, and lightly toast.
- Brush inside of buns with mayonnaise, then fill bun with fresh lobster meat.
