The Melt's technology, which is used for both ordering and pickup, addresses two issues that affect customers: timing and location. The company employs a browser-based ordering application that, like Amazon, will optionally store your personal and credit card information; any orders placed will receive a QR code that can be processed by mobile phone or email, or printed on a sheet of good old-fashioned paper.
