If you think mythical desserts [2] were going away anytime soon, you've thought wrong. The Loop, known for its Instagrammable handcrafted churros [3], have created two new mermaid-inspired patries that are almost too pretty to eat. (Hey, we did say almost!) According to the shop's Instagram account, the new churros will be available starting Aug. 11 and come in two options: glazed or chilled. Both versions will be adorned with a "special" blueberry glaze and "mermaid sparkle" sugar to make your eyes and mouth water.
Order the mermaid glazed loop churro for the sparkly churro by itself, or if you prefer even more whimsical elements, ask for the chilled churro, which includes soft-serve ice cream, sugar and chocolate pearls, and a homemade chocolate mermaid tail to finish it all off.
