Ingredients

  1. 6 8- to 10-inch spinach, tomato, and/or plain flour tortillas
  2. 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  3. 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  4. 12 ounces pork tenderloin, cut into 1/4-inch-thick strips
  5. 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  6. 4 cups packaged shredded broccoli (broccoli slaw mix)
  7. 1 medium red onion, cut into thin wedges
  8. 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
