The rich morsels are made with sugar, cocoa, and real roasted coffee, and they'd be excellent in chocolate cookies, brownies [3], and scones. I'd also definitely experiment with half chocolate chips and half espresso chips in pancakes [4] for an extra dose of caffeine in the morning.
