Off to Market: Flipping Spatula

While I have several baking spatulas, I only have one flipping spatula. This has started to drive me crazy because every time I need to flip a fish fillet or gently turn over a grilled cheese, the spatula is dirty and I risk burning my dish while I hastily wash the spatula. OK, I seem to be in minority, I have a bunch of them depending on the task at hand, so to speak. I didn't buy them at the same store but for showing I find that the site is the best, it has them all in one place. I have one for fish one for eggs one for flipping different other foods I'm frying one flexible for tender things one for frosting Oh, and some of these I have them in both metal and silicone coated. What can I say, I'm a spatula girl! :halo:

awesome. the flipping spatula has become a topic in my household. my husband wants a nice one like the w&s one in your image, but not made in china. we were bummed when we went down to the store and saw that label. i eagerly await to see what folks find.

you know, i've found the same thing happening with my food and it's SO FRUSTRATING! i think that it's a great idea to have one that's specific to fish or eggs so that you're not ruining your food and so you know that the texture of the spatula remains in good condition. i used to only use the rubber ones but i think that it makes sense to have something more sturdy for eggs or fish or something fragile.

party you crack me up!!! I too have a spatula shortage...i have one that's ok on non-stick, and one that's ok on metal. Whenever I need one I see that it is dirty and I always have to rush to try and clean it before burning my dish! lmao
