Ingredients
- 2 ounces pisco
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
1 egg white
Angostura bitters, for garnish
Directions
- Combine pisco, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in an ice-filled shaker.
- Shake vigorously, strain, and garnish with a couple dashes of Angostura bitters.
