This is so depressing if you live on the other side of the world! :) On the other hand, I'll have fresh NZ root vegetables and Pink Lady apples to look forward to. I'll take any silver lining in an approaching winter!

I'm definitely looking forward to snap peas and asparagus. I'm not a huge fan of artichokes, but everything else on that list is super yummy. But what I'm looking forward to the most of all produce is TOMATOES!! I can't get enough garden tomatoes in the summer...they are THE best.

I need to try asparagus this year. My dad loves it, and we always had it on his birthday – March 31 – because it was just getting to its peak then. But I didn’t think I’d like it back then and he loved it so much that he didn’t want to share. I just had it a few weeks ago and it was pretty good! Looking forward to trying it on my own. I’m really looking forward to rhubarb and berries – I’m more of a fruit person.
