- 4 ounces fresh raspberries
3 tablespoons creme de cassis or other berry liqueur
750 bottle of dry Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
6 teaspooons grenadine
- Put the raspberries in a small bowl, adding the creme de cassis and macerating for 30 minutes.
- Divide the raspberries evenly among Champagne flutes or goblets. Pour in the sparkling wine. Add grenadine and serve immediately.
