On today's episode of Ingrid Dishes, Ingrid Nilsen (aka YouTube personality Missglamorazzi) is hacking Lemonade's salmon-stuffed avocados. The recipe is a great way to use leftover fish and makes a quick and easy lunch or light dinner option.

  1. 2 cups (16 ounces) salmon fillet, cooked and cooled
  2. 1/4 onion, finely chopped
  3. 2 tablespoons fresh dill, plus more to taste and for garnish
  4. 2-3 tablespoons Majestic Original Garlic Spread
  5. 1 lemon
  6. 2 ripe avocados


  1. In a bowl, break up cooked salmon with a fork. Mix in onions, dill, and garlic spread, tasting and adjusting ingredients as needed. Squeeze 1/2 lemon juice and combine. The mixture should resemble tuna salad.
  2. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop salmon mixture into the avocado halves. Garnish with lemon slices and more dill.
