Singapore Sling

Ingredients

  1. 2 ounces gin
    3/4 ounce Cherry Heering
    2 teaspoons Bénédictine
    2 teaspoons Cointreau
    2 ounces pineapple juice
    3/4 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
    2 dashes grenadine
    1 dash Angostura bitters
    Soda water
    1 maraschino cherry, such as Luxardo, for garnish
    Orange twist, for garnish
    Mint sprig, for garnish

Directions

  1. Add the gin, Cherry Heering, Bénédictine, Cointreau, pineapple juice, lime juice, grenadine, and bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled.
  2. Strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice. Top with a splash of soda water; stir. Garnish with a cherry, an orange twist, and a sprig of mint.
