Those all look pretty good and want to try them. Well except for the spanish spagehetti...I just can't get behind that one.

Yum, your shells with Tuscan tuna looks marvelous. I'm printing off the recipe to try next week. Our go-to quick meal is usually omelets. We always seem to have eggs and then the fillings can be assembled from leftovers, veggies, any kind of cheese, and my favorite topping - salsa.

I want to add Goulash to the list! Mix browned ground hamburger, can of tomatoes, and pasta together! I usually throw it all in a baking dish, top with bread crumbs or cheese and bake for 5-10 minutes. Super quick and doesn't even taste like a pantry dish at all.

i've been there soooo many times. you just don't have time to go to the store and you end up with the most random foods ever in the pantry. lucky for me, i'm usually a veggie person, so if i don't' have them, then i choose to starve! just kidding. i almost always have some type of soup in the cupboard - so that's my saving grace. the other day though, my fiance made something that was random - it was chicken and veggies and curry and he put peanut butter in it too. i don't know if that was intentional or he saw it unused in the cupboard and figured that we should use it. (it was a bad tasting natural version of peanut butter so we haven't eaten it but couldn't bring ourselves to toss it)
