Love is officially in the air at Starbucks! After kicking off Valentine's Day last year with the release of its Cherry Mocha drink [1], Starbucks has announced that the chocolate- and cherry-flavored beverage will return to the menu for a second time, alongside a handful of other festive treats. The drink is a blend of a sweet mocha sauce and candied cherry syrup with hot espresso and the steamed milk of your choice. It's all topped off with whipped cream and a dusting of sugar and cocoa valentine sprinkles. Anyone hoping to skip the flowers and candy this year can head over to Starbucks to purchase a hot, iced, or blended Cherry Mocha from now until Feb. 14.
To get even more into the spirit of the romantic holiday, customers can also snag themselves a few Valentine's Day-themed bakery items that are also currently available at Starbucks locations nationwide. The items include a Chocolate Cake Pop coated with milk chocolate icing and heart candy sprinkles and a heart-shaped sugar cookie topped with white chocolate icing and colored sprinkles.
