You can now place your Starbucks order on the Starbucks app [1] and skip the line to pick it up at your local store. We got a sneak peek of the new system, and it's crazy easy to use. From the Starbucks app, you can choose and order anything from the menu. Yes, you can also customize any drink to your liking, just how you would in the store (which removes the stress of placing a complicated order at the counter). Once you've selected your order, you can pick the nearest location or the location of your choosing, just make sure you have your location services turned on for the app on your phone. Best yet, the app will also show you what the wait time for your drink will be and will update as the time grows closer. I probably spent a total of one minute on the app placing the order!

The app automatically charges the Starbucks card you have on file and stores your past orders to make ordering the same thing every time even easier. Now all you have to do is just head into whichever Starbucks you ordered from, skip the line, go straight to the barista at the pick-up counter, and tell them you have a mobile order under your name. Voilà. Fastest Starbucks ever.
