Let the food be the focal point at your Passover dinner. Do this by creating an all-white backdrop: white tablecloth, white plates, white serving platters, white napkins, and white candle holders. To keep things exciting, throw in an accent color, like blue, with chargers, flowers, and ribbon. A modern Seder plate makes an excellent centerpiece. Fill mini spice jars with shards of homemade toffee-chocolate matzah and give one to each guest after dinner. They can enjoy pieces with coffee and bring the rest home for later!
