- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup Thai tea mix
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 to 4 tablespoons half-and-half per glass of tea
- Bring water to boil in medium saucepan.
- Stir in tea mix, and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
- Stir in sugar, to taste. Then, strain through a sieve lined with cheesecloth into a pitcher. Refrigerate for one hour.
- For each drink, pour over ice and stir in three to four tablespoons of half-and-half, to taste.
