Ingredients

  1. 4 cups water
  2. 1/2 cup Thai tea mix
  3. 1 to 1 1/2 cups sugar
  4. 3 to 4 tablespoons half-and-half per glass of tea

Directions

  1. Bring water to boil in medium saucepan.
  2. Stir in tea mix, and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
  3. Stir in sugar, to taste. Then, strain through a sieve lined with cheesecloth into a pitcher. Refrigerate for one hour.
  4. For each drink, pour over ice and stir in three to four tablespoons of half-and-half, to taste.
