Soy sauce! I have never tried that. It sounds delicious. I love deviled and egg salad but cannot eat the yolk not mashed up with large doses of mayo.

I like em plain. Not only are hard boiled eggs yummy and a great source of protein, you can use them to get rid of bruises! I, for one, bruise really easily. All you do is hard-boil an egg. Let it cool off until it is cool enough to handle, but still hot. And roll the egg (still in the shell) on your bruise. You can see the bruise change colors right away! I found that if I do this twice a day, even the nastiest darkest bruises are gone in 2-3 days! "Party like a rock star, pound like a porn star, play like an all star!"

I'm not sure I've even heard of Scotch or Chinese Tea Egg. I still think it's great on a Caesar salad!

When I was little my grandmother would boil them, and then smoosh them up in a drinking glass with butter and salt and my brother and I would eat them like that...with a glass of tang. It really was delicious, I do realize that it may not sound like it though..give it a try!! :)
