If there's a beverage that's won over hearts and consumed minds this Summer, it's frozen Rosé — or frosé, as it's been ever so affectionately referred to. While Rosé has taken many different forms [3] as of late, the frozen iteration [4] has become a Summer staple, especially since it's not that hard to make at home.
If you are, however, looking to try it without having to make it yourself, Bar Primi [5] in New York City has since introduced a frosé machine. It was only a matter of time, folks. Since unveiling its fancy new machine, customers have not stopped snapping the delicious drink and proudly flaunting it on Instagram.
Bar Primi actualized its frosé idea by basically just throwing some Rosé, vermouth, and pureed strawberries into a slushie machine it already had at the restaurant. Since it is a newer item, it has yet to be added to the online menu, however, the cocktails at Bar Primi are typically priced at $14. The restaurant is located at 325 Bowery.
