You won't be able to stop giggling at the interaction between Top Chef Richard Blais and James Franco's character (Laird) in this deleted scene from Why Him?, available on Digital HD on March 14 and Blu-ray/DVD on March 28. Laird gives chef Blais a nickname he'd rather not go by and then proceeds to call his food, which is deeply rooted in molecular gastronomy, "f*cked up." The two then reminisce about a Thanksgiving dish Blais once served the tech billionaire, which . . . doesn't seem too far off from the kinds of crazy stuff Blais cooks up in real life.

If you want to cook more like the Top Chef himself, Blais is coming out with a cookbook, So Good [1], this Summer. Expect the recipes he makes at home with his family, like spaghetti and meatballs and pickle-juice-marinated fried chicken.
