"I'm not saying this is a wine for every day, but when someone offers you a glass of Rothschild, you should never say no! The label of this 1983 Château Mouton Rothschild, after nearly 30 years, was quite worn, but I was still able to admire the art that the bottle featured from a famous artist of the time.
"More than that, it was amazing that a bottle more than 25 years old still had big flavor with hints of cherry, plums, tobacco, and cedar, making it the perfect accompaniment to beef and veal. Moral of the story: be sure, if the opportunity knocks, to take at least a sip." — Lauren Hendrickson, contributing editor
