I actually work in a restaurant so I will be VERY BUSY working to make other people's valentines special. I might bet a bite to eat at the end of the night though.

We don't get why we should do things other people expect us to on a particular day, so we won't be buying each other candies nor flowers. We'll probably do something we often do on weekends, breakfast in bed, grocery shopping and cooking together, go out to watch my nephew play basketball at night.

I'm not really into Valentine's day, but I am house siting for a friend who has an amazing chef's kitchen so I think I will cook a nice dinner for me and my best friend (who is also single this year).

We're very low-key...we're going to see a movie and then coming home to order Chinese food and spend the rest of the night upstairs, if you know what I mean ;) I prefer to spend my V-day money on a Brazilian, lingerie, and massage oil, not overpriced restaurants!

My husband will be working a 36 hour shift on call in the hospital, and I will be working in the lab all day. So, he'll be eating the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches I pack him (along with some surprise heart-shaped brownies) while in the hospital and I'll be eating leftovers while in the lab.

I made reservations to go out to dinner, but now I think we will just stay in - make some steak and shrimp and scallops. Yum!

We don't do anything on VDay since places are packed. I make a special dinner -- but, then again, I make a special dinner every night of the week.

My husband left this morning to go Ice Fishing for the weekend, so it is just me and my girls. So I am sure we will not be going out. One of the local Pizza places has heart shaped pizza so I am thinking we will order that in and watch Wall E. To me it sounds like a perfect Valentines day.

Nothing special will be happening for us on Saturday, it's just another day, we do special things other times of the year instead.

The hubby is working on Valentine's Day (bummer), so we won't be doing either. We do plan on doing something on Sunday though... I'll probably cook him something special :]

here in NYC it's SO EXPENSIVE to eat out on V-day since most places have a fixed price menu that's so much more than i would normally eat. this year my fiance and i are actually going to head down to visit my brother and go to wineries for v-day and then order chinese food or something equally as boring for dinner. it's MUCH cheaper that way and since we have like NO money - it's better for us.

We don't celebrate valentines, so it'll be a normal day and night hanging out with my husband and baby boy.
