Personal pizzas are like a key to my heart, but make them pumpkin-shaped? You're on my good side for life. That's why I practically flipped with Halloween [1] joy over the not-so-spooky snacks Aldi recently introduced [2]. The grocery chain released $4 pizzas modeled after your typical jack-o'-lantern, topped with a butternut squash sauce, cheddar cheese (for that bright-orange hue), mozzarella eyes, and a mascarpone cream mouth. They're made with 100 percent real cheese, which means they have 100 percent of my attention.
Since my Halloween [3] plans currently consist of scary movies [4] at home, I'm definitely down to add these pizzas to the evening's menu. If you're in the market for a Halloween-themed treat ahead of Oct. 31 (or anytime this month, really) make sure to get yourself to an Aldi soon.
