Carajillo Cocktail
Original Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 ounces espresso (a double shot)
2 ounces Licor 43
1 orange, for garnishing (optional)
Directions
- Brew a double shot of espresso and set it aside to cool.
- Measure out 2 ounces of Licor 43.
- Pour both ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake for about 15 seconds before straining into a glass.
- Place an orange slice or peel on top of the foam to garnish.
- Enjoy!
