Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 tub (16 oz) cottage cheese
3/4 cup strawberries or mix-ins of your choosing
Sweetener or vanilla extract to taste
Directions
- Add sweetener and vanilla to cottage cheese and transfer to a blender or food processor.
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
- Chop up strawberries and fold into cottage cheese mixture.
- Freeze for two to three hours.
- If frozen overnight, defrost in fridge for up to an hour.
- Serve and enjoy!
