Epcot's 2020 International Flower & Garden Festival [1] at Disney World is in full swing, and the park's new Mini Funnel Cake has me tempted to hop on the next flight to Florida. Available for $7 at Epcot's American Adventure Pavilion, the crispy funnel cake [2] is topped with lemon cheesecake ice cream [3], fresh blueberry compote, a generous sprinkle of powdered sugar, and a drizzle of lavender icing. So, uh, I don't exactly see what's so "mini" about it, but I'm definitely not complaining. Take a closer look at the sweet but tart treat ahead.
