For cocktail: pour all the ingredients into a shaker, shake with ice, and double strain into a coupe glass.
Ingredients
- 0.50 ounces raspberry syrup
1.5 ounces coconut cream
1.5 ounces of vodka
0.75 ounces of egg white
Directions
- Pour the raspberry syrup, coconut cream, vodka, and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds to create a good egg white foam.
- Unseal the shaker, add ice, seal again, and shake for 10 seconds to chill the cocktail.
- Double strain your cocktail into a couple glass.
- Spray a Barbie logo on top using a stencil. Enjoy!
