Capturing these edible masterminds behind the scenes in their gardens, kitchens, and restaurants, Selby artfully portrays popular foods and the people behind them. Each cook shares a signature recipe, accompanied by handwritten questionnaires and watercolor illustrations that look just as mouthwatering as the recipes themselves.
