On Aug. 3, the trademarked Ramen Burger entered the food scene at Smorgasburg, an outdoor food market in Brooklyn. Keizo Shimamoto publicized its debut on his Go Ramen! blog. He warned folks there would only be 100 of these shoyu-glazed beef burgers, sandwiched between scallions, arugula, and two "buns," made from Sun Noodle's freshly cut ramen. However, he and his crew did stay up late to prep 50 more for the big release.
