Just a Friendly Reminder That "Frushi" — a Fruit Dessert in the Shape of Sushi — Exists at Epcot

From mini funnel cakes with lavender icing to vanilla blueberry cronuts, Epcot's annual Flower and Garden Festival is full of beautiful and delicious treats that scream Spring. But the cutest (and probably most mind-bending) treat of all is frushi — a sweet fruit dessert in the shape of sushi. The festival runs until June 1, and the Instagram-worthy dish is served at the park's Japan location. So what, exactly, does frushi entail? The sushi-inspired food is made with pineapple, strawberry, and cantaloupe, and the fruits are rolled in sweet rice and a pink soy wrap and topped with drizzled berry sauce and toasted coconut. Even sweeter? It's served with a side of whipped cream. File under: must try. Check out some gorgeous snaps of the festival favorite, then explore some of the best foods at the Disney parks.
