Hee..I always cook like this (combining soy with other sauce :p). Just thought it up myself, it turned out in a book :p And yeah, this dish is pretty good(at least that's what I'd like to think in regard to my cooking)...

I wonder if it would also work with chicken breast. I'm not a fan of dark meat chicken. Looks good though!
