While we were busy freaking out about Adele's new video for "Send My Love (to Your New Lover)" [1] and the way she basically won the Billboard Music Awards without even being there, it appears that the mythic songstress [2] casually scooped up a multimillion-dollar Beverly Hills abode last month.

According to a TMZ report [3], Adele purchased the beautiful four-bedroom home for $9.5 million — a slight discount from the $9.9 million asking price. In addition to having a relaxing outdoor area complete with a pool, the 17,000-square-foot pad is filled with cozy reading nooks and lounging areas perfect for, you know, banging out another album.
