When it didn't sell, she dropped her asking price by $200 thousand, and when it still didn't sell she switched the listing to a short-term luxury rental for a whopping $15,000 a month. But Ashley is having another go at selling the property. She's just relisted the home at the bargain asking price of $2.695 million [3]. Ashley bought the 3,085-square-foot home in 2012 [4] from singer Kylie Minogue [5] for $2.2 million. Built in 1938, the gorgeous French Normandy-style property features three bedrooms and three and a half baths, a library, a large gourmet kitchen with Calacatta marble countertops, and a den that opens to the dining room.
