Tour the New Bachelorette Pad (in North Carolina)!

In honor of The Bachelorette star Emily Maynard's Southern roots, the show is packing up and settling into new digs in Emily's hometown of Charlotte, NC. The purported new estate is a sprawling $3.9 million European-style mansion with six bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, an outdoor kitchen and pool, ballroom, billiard room, gym, and playroom. Since Emily is reportedly planning to film out of her own home, that leaves the 12,000-square-foot estate as a possible new home for her suitors.
