Before and After: Headboard

Alright now, this project definitely took the most imagination. Turning an old head and footboard from a crib into a headboard for a queen-sized bed was no ordinary project, but it sure was a fun one!

To see how the crib was transformed,


We started by painting the wood black. To add a softer touch, we crafted two upholstered panels and attached one to the center of each of the two pieces. I was unsure how this would play out, but I definitely think it was a good choice.




Not too shabby for a $27 project!
