Right after his brief stint as a Today show host ended [2], Billy listed the New York City townhouse [3] he bought less than a year ago for $8.9 million and moved back to Los Angeles. And now, several months later, the 7,248-square-foot Chelsea neighborhood property has sold. The listing, with Howard Morrel of Engel & Völkers New York City, boasts five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
