You may remember New York Magazine's recent article featuring indie actress Chloe Sevigny's unforgettable co-op apartment in the East Village. While the actress hinted to the magazine about tiring of the rules and lack of light that came along with her garden-level digs, we were still surprised to see that Chloe listed the apartment several weeks later. According to Curbed New York, Chloe is listing the apartment for $1.7 million — a pretty penny for a one-bedroom apartment.
